Because we lived out of state, The TRG stood in for us during the pre-drywall walkthrough, which was a major convenience. The TRG helped to negotiate essential upgrades for the house that we never would have thought to request, which resulted in a huge savings for us. We used a home inspector that TRG highly recommended to us. and we were very satisfied with his report and findings. In addition, Tree and Kubi attended critical meetings such as the contract signing and settlement. There were a couple of problems with the builder, which would have prevented us from purchasing the home. Tree intervened immediately by contacting 's an executive with the builder, who helped to resolve one of the issues. If the matter was not resolved, we were prepared to walk away from our dream home. Tree was proactive and provided us with a list of new homes in the same area and, ironically, the exact same style of the home we built. Fortunately, everything was resolved. Overall, I would highly recommend The Tree Realty Group to any seeking to purchase an established home or building a new home!
